Explanation of costs
If you’ve ever used other commission advance companies, you know it’s hard to get a straight answer about their fees. Not with NetAdvance.
Here’s how much our service costs
Slide the $ left or right to choose your desired advance amount.
You have selected 0.
To receive an advance of 0, the fee is 0 making the amount to repay at closing 0.
The fee is added to the advance and paid upon the successful closing of the sale within 40 days from the date of funding the advance, meaning you pay nothing up front to use the service. Repayments are sent directly to NetAdvance from the title / escrow or attorney closing the sale.
Fast Repayment Bonus
We reward customers for repaying advances quickly. If the amount that is due to be repaid is received by NetAdvance within 15 days from the date the advance is funded, part of the fee is refunded to you for fast repayment!
Using the above example, if 0 was repaid by insertRefundDate, 0 of your fee would be refunded making the total cost for the advance only 0!
There are no hidden fees. No wire transfer fees. No account activation fees. No reserve fees, etc. You’ll know the total cost before you apply, which includes a grace period of 20 days in case there are any delays.
Fees look too high?

You probably wouldn’t dine out every day, but on some occasions it beats the slower alternatives. And hey, no dishes to clean!
